Located In south central Arkansas, this mill produced 90 tons per day of roofing felt paper.

38 acres with 65,000 square feet of usable storage, this facility has rail siding for 10 cars, 10 truck loading docks.  This facility is in need of repair.  3 settling ponds for water processing along with a history within the state makes this a great location for another paper making operation.  Currently housing 2 - 40 ton per day paper machines.  Will sell separately or together.
